Architectural

Architecture is known as the science and the arts of a building. We provide in-house architectural services and follow all the basic steps, making sure that our designs be modern yet sustainable, keeping the expectations of our clients at the forefront. We plan with the planning.

Excavation

Earth excavation is an important activity for laying a solid foundation and taking the trenches accordingly.Excavation also gives us idea about the quality of the soil and the type of material and reinforcements to be used to ensure a safe and strong building, built to last for the decades.

Structure

Structural design is the methodical investigation of the stability, strength and rigidity of structures.With consultation of a structural engineer, we work on the structural details such aswhat reinforcements to use, depth ofthe foundation, size of the gravel, pillars’ width etc.

Foundation

The foundation serves the purpose of completely distributing the load from the structure over a large base area and then to the soil underneath. It transfers the gravity loads into the earth. We do the foundation work as per the drawings provided by the architect and ensures to lay the strongest foundation, as the strength matters as equal to the beauty and useability of a construction/ building.

Floor Slab

Concrete floor slab construction process includes erection of formwork, placement of reinforcement, pouring, compacting, construct slab resting on the columns and beams and finishing concrete and lastly removal of formwork and curing of concrete slab. We use the best quality steel fibers and other materials to ensure the perfect leveling.

Door & Window

On the completion of the masonry work, the doors and windows along with their frames are fixed as per the drawing provided by the architect.

Masonry Work

Masonry is used to indicate the art of building a structure in either stones or bricks. The masonry wall is built of individual blocks of materials such as stones, fly ash bricks, concrete, hollow blocks, cellular concrete etc., usually in horizontal courses cemented together with some form of mortar like mixture if cement and sand.

Electrical and Plumbing

Based on the design or the requirement of the client, we install the cables, wires and pipesinsidethewallsandslabsin a way thattheyremainconcealedandare notvisibleafterthefinishing work isdone. We ensure that the electrical cables and lines are laid safely so that all your electronic instruments remain safe to use and pipelines does not block or leak in a few years.

Painting

Painting is the part of finishing the work thataffects the appearance of a building completely. In today’s time, we see all our client to be very particular and demanding in terms of look and quality of the paints that are used and finishing of the work, and therefore we ensure to take at most care in doing our paint work. It is done with cement primer once the initial wiring and plumbing works are completed.
